Questions, answered
What should I wear?
The Coat Code, Angelic Muse and Twofold come with their outfit. For Styleshots, bring your own outfit or wear a gown from our House of Roan and Serra collections: a gown is included with Prestige, and an optional rental with Standard and Signature. We have studio shoes in size 6 (beige) and sizes 7 and 9 (black), or you can bring your own. You'll choose these after booking.
When should I arrive?
For Signature and Prestige, please arrive 1.5 hours before your schedule for hair and makeup. Arriving later may shorten your actual shoot. For Standard, arrive a few minutes early.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. Rescheduling at least 5 days before your shoot is free. Rescheduling 4 days or less before your shoot, including on the day itself, has a ₱200 rescheduling fee. Your new date must be in the same month as your original booking for your deposit to stay valid.
What if I cancel or miss my session?
If you cancel at least 5 days before your shoot, your ₱300 deposit can be used for another package scheduled within the same month. Cancelling less than 5 days before your shoot forfeits the deposit. If you miss your session, your deposit can still be used for a shoot within the same month.
Can I get my photos faster?
Rush delivery is available as an add-on. Ask the studio when you book.
